I couldn?t say enough good things about Rachel. She is patient, knowledgeable, and caring . She goes out of her way to help you understand and makes sure that you understand before she ends the session. I highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel is so insightful! She quickly learned what motivates my daughter to learn and has integrated it into her lessons so that my little girl is excited and willing to learn. Rachel has been with me for a multitude of years and she has been one of the best writing tutors I have ever had in a long time. Most tutors I have encountered usually after a couple of sessions they would drop me because of the rigorous schedule and cannot keep up with what I expect. However, with Rachel that is not the case at all. She is always willing to help you, and guide you to be a better writer, but you have to put in the work as well. My husband and I hired Rachel to assist with keeping our first grader on track due to the pandemic, and the children being out of school. Rachel is patient, kind, and incorporated our daughters interests into each lesson. For example, our daughter likes unicorns so Rachel would start each lesson with a unicorn greeting which set the tone for each session; our daughter was always upbeat and excited for tutoring. Rachel has done an excellent job not only keeping our daughter on track but progressing her- she is ready for the second grade and will be ahead of the curve. We highly recommend Rachel- she communicates well and keeps you abreast of your child?s learning, shares additional work but there is never any pressure to complete it, and she structures her lessons with your child in mind. What I liked about Rachel was her willingness to share knowledge, her lively personality, and her availability made it easy to schedule a session with her. I worked with Rachel for my graduate school essays. I had few tutors before but she is the most patient and dedicate tutor I?ve ever had. I asked for grammar help, for every part I?ve done wrong, she not only correct it but also explained the similar concept to me and even give me links to website reaching grammar for me to have a better understanding of them. Her corrections are beyond my expectations-and I believe working with Rachel wasp definitely strength my writing skills?? My experience with Rachel was awesome, she is very kind and patient and she cares a lot about her students. I took TOEFL lessons with her to improve my score to get accepted into dental residency program. She was so patient with me and she used to explain everything about reading which was the most difficult part for me, also she helped me a lot with my writings and vocabulary. She sent me passages to read and practice, she used to let me do writings and she check them and send me her feedback, she kept asking about my scores and encouraging me even after we finished the lessons, until finally I scored 93 which is more than the score I needed, and I got accepted into the program. I really appreciated her caring and checking on my progression. I highly recommend her.

Rachel is a phenomenal teacher that students learn from so well. She is totally committed to the student's success and goes out of her way to accommodate the student's learning style and other special needs. If your student seems uninterested in learning, Rachel is a good bet to get the student re-involved in his or her education. I?m Paulo, Elisa's husband. I was the one that was tutored by Rachel. The classes with Rachel were so useful because I could improve my listening and speaking skills. We had a couple of hours of conversation about day to day subjects, in which we talked a lot. I liked the way she conducted the conversation, giving me a lot of room to express myself. She?s a very talkative person and speaks very fast (like a native speaker, obviously). But she did it in a way that I could understand almost everything that she was saying. In addition of this, she gave me several tips on how to improve my English as a foreigner speaker. After the lessons the great accomplishment for me was the increase of my self confidence, that I can speak good English as a foreigner. Definitively I recommend Rachel as a ESL tutor.
