Personal Statement

I am a yoga teacher and dance artist with a passion for bringing accessible and invigorating movement into the lives of children and adults alike. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of the Arts and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Kripalu School of Yoga. I have been teaching in yoga studios and community centers for over three years and have over five years of experience teaching movement to children.
