Salaam, doostam. I had my first lesson with Minoo yesterday. Minoo ali hast! We covered conjugation of the verb to be (boodan) and practiced a lot of sentences with this verb combined with useful adjectives. Minoo was very attentive to my mistakes and nicely corrected them. She also adjusted the sentences to reflect my own personal life, like: my dog is kind! Sagam mehrabune :) I look forward to practicing more with Minoo in the future.

I am learning more compound verbs, and Minoo remains patient and encouraging. I appreciate she is giving me a little bit of instruction in Farsi now, and I?m expanding my vocabulary!

Minoo continues to be such a patient and helpful tutor. While I am slow, we?re able to converse and I am learning a lot of new words and imperative verb tenses.

I have had two lessons with Minoo so far, and both lessons have been wonderful! Minoo is extremely patient and kind, and she never gets frustrated when I have trouble understanding something. When I do struggle with a topic in the lesson, Minoo is quick to recognize the problem behind my confusion, and she does a great job of explaining things in greater depth so I better understand the topics. Minoo has also been great at adapting to teach at my knowledge level, which is really helpful because I am not at a 'beginner' level, yet there are a number of beginner-level concepts pertaining to my subject that I never learned. Minoo is extremely kind and encouraging, which makes her lessons very enjoyable. I highly recommend her as a tutor for whatever subject with which you need help!

Minoo is so patient and encouraging! After needing to take a long break in sessions I was nervous to see how much I would remember. She reviewed everything, and made it easy and fun to get back to the lessons!
