Lisa G. is a phenomenal teacher - she is patient, structured and relates very well with her students. Our daughter enjoyed working with her, and made rapid improvement with her reading and writing over a couple months. Lisa is a very experienced teacher and leverages best practices of Wilson and Orton-Gillingham to help students at all levels gain confidence in their abilities.

Lisa is working w/my son who was diagnosed with dyslexia recently using the Orton Gillingham program. She is very nice and extremely knowledgeable about this program. She keeps the lesson engaging while teaching him strategies that he can use in the classroom and in life. I feel very blessed to have met Lisa, she?s making such a difference in my son?s reading ability and giving him the necessary skills to tackle reading and the rest of his academic career.

Lisa G. works towards achieving individual learning goals and is easy to work with. My child (14) was not interested in learning over the summer (to him it was like drowning in cement) but after his first lesson with Lisa, his whole attitude changed. Lisa was able to teach him in a manner that was easy for him to understand, giving him what he needed to be able to grasp a second language. He enjoyed his lessons with her because he felt he was making progress and he wasn?t that bad at learning. He developed more confidence in his reading and speaking skills and came home happier, more enthusiastic to try and learn more.
