Power Systems Professional Engineer with experience in: small hydropower development; engineering design and construction for Distribution and Transmission utilities; Integrated Resource Studies planning using my Trademark `IRP-Local` process; creating databases with hourly loads for system planning, cost of service studies; and power purchase and sales contracts. Specifically, I can help beginning Electrical Engineering students with course material designed around their needs.
