Khashayar is very attentive and focused during sessions and makes sure to review the questions before meeting. He's extremely helpful and knowledgeable and great at simplifying the material and approach.

Khashayar helped me prepare for USMLE step 2. I was specifically looking for a tutor that had taken step 2 recently and scored well on it. We met for 90 minute sessions where I would send him questions that I was struggling with, which included topics like endocrine and cardiac physiology, and we would talk through and dissect each part of the question. He also helped me with testing strategy such as focusing on the objective findings more than the subjective portions of the question stem. Khashayar was very accommodating to my schedule and was fine with meeting at very early times like 6am. He also made sure to challenge me to think critically in a kind and patient way, and also made sure to assess if our sessions were accommodating to my learning style (more conversational or more lecture-based). I would highly recommend Khashayar as a tutor for anyone trying to prepare for USMLE.
