I?m working with Jeff on developing an Access database for my business. Previously, I had tried (unsuccessfully) to learn Access from a book and from expensive, lengthy classes. I decided to give one-on-one tutoring a chance, and fortunately, for me, I found Jeff. Jeff has deep knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Access. He advocates building databases according to accepted best practices, and his instruction reflects the importance of doing things the right way from the start. In addition to his subject matter expertise, Jeff has the ability and patience to teach effectively. I?ve made more progress on developing my Access database as a result of Jeff?s one-on-one tutoring than from any other method of learning. I only wish I had sought out an Access tutor, and specifically found Jeff, a lot sooner.

Jeff helped me put together a database with queries and forms in Access 2016. Even though the data I was using was foreign to him, he was very quick to logically put together how the data needed to be organized and expressed to return the result I was looking for. He is a very good tutor and I highly recommend him.

I'm a first time user of Wyzant and thank god for this website ! Besides being user friendly, The guidelines of making sure the tutors are creditable is very beneficial. Jeff was the first tutor I reached out to since he was affordable and wasn't "trying to hard' in his description. Jeff was very accommodating to the time difference, personable, very clear on his step-by-step instructions, and made learning enjoyable. He gave me some awesome tips for Access and I feel much more confident on taking my exam after one session with Jeff. Please don't go to anyone else with Access help besides Jeff and don't spend more money than you need to.
