She taught me the bare basics of art very well and has many insights on a lot of things. Genuinely nice person and fun to work with. Every single lesson we've had I've truly learned something I haven't before, and I get to play around with that idea she gives me, which is something I love.

I?m in my 30s and am looking to become more serious about making art after decades of just dabbling. In two lessons, Diana helped me home in on what my artistic voice is and how to begin honing those skills. We were able to work through some issues I was having with resin and discuss in-depth how to use found objects and images appropriately in the fine art world. I feel set up for success and will definitely use Diana again in the future if I need more support!

Diana was immediately nice, approachable and knowledgeable. My class was fun and interesting. She helped me reach my initial objectives and gave me plenty to practice with before I have another session with her. I definitely recommend her!

In June, we moved from Suzhou, China to Orlando, Florida. It was during the summer vacation, kids needed fun and meaningful stuff to do. They love drawing, so we looked for a painting tutor on Wyzant, it was by pure chance that we connected with Diana. Over the next few weeks, Diana proved to be the perfect art teacher for our children. She is patient and passionate about teaching. Her lesson plans and class preparations are well-organized and meticulous. She has a unique artistic style. She knows how to adapt her teaching to each kid's level and interests. On Diana?s courses, not only did the children learn various techniques and tools, but they also gained insights into art theory and design concepts. Diana encourages kids to express their ideas, create characters and stories of them through art. I believe this is very helpful for improving their abstract thinking and expression skill. Although my children's English is poor, they had no trouble communicating with Diana, and their language skills improved as an extra benefit. We highly recommend her.

Diana was able to get my rather shy cognitively disabled daughter to open up and find true joy and laughter connected to teaching in a very tangible way new applications of art techniques and mediums in the 1st lesson! Highly recommended!

Diana helped me to improve my essays . she reviewed my draft carefully and induced more strength and positivity from me . And she organized these ideas and combined these to my essays. She is a great listener, understands students and willing to help.

I am an adult student of Diana. Diana is a great tutor. She is very good at explaining things and at guidance on how to correct and improve in your illustration. Without reservation, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a tutor for drawing.

Diana has really been able to teach my ten-year-old daughter how to make much better visual art than she ever made before. Diana has taught her about shading, perspective, and many, many more concepts and skills fundamental to good visual art. In a matter of a couple months, my daughter has evolved from a kid interested in art to a student of art who shows promise to develop into a talented, mature artist (in time). I showed a published professional illustrator a portrait my daughter made under Diana's tutelage and he was very, very impressed by it as a work of a ten year-old. Believe me, the pictures my daughter drew before meeting Diana would never had elicited such a reaction. Diana was a Godsend to my daughter, for which I will always be thankful.

Diana did a wonderful lesson plan for a 14-year old artist, preparing some great ice breakers, followed by a thorough lesson plan, and then offering a project to work on between lessons. Great tutor--highly recommend her!
