Yoga and meditation changed my life and it can do the same for you. I have been a student of yoga since 2008 and received my teacher certification in 2019. I have experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, 50+, and meditation in group or private sessions. I also have experience teaching virtually.
