Personal Statement

I hold a PhD degree in planning studies and a master's degree in Economics both awarded by the University College London (UCL) of the University of London. I also have two bachelor's degrees: one in Economics and another in Engineering from the Central University of Venezuela. These studies have provided me with a strong background in quantitative methods and especially in Math. I have published three textbooks on Mathematics with applications to Economics. Most of my professional work has been in academia both teaching mathematics and doing research. I have more than 30 years of work experience in Math teaching.
