Personal Statement

Hello! I'm a fiction writer and freelance editor who recently graduated from Oregon State University's Masters in Fine Arts program. I completed my B.A. at the University of Chicago, where I studied English. At OSU, I taught introductory classes in Rhetoric and Composition as well as Fiction Writing to students of a wide range of backgrounds and interest in writing, and at UChicago I tutored high school students in a variety of subjects, including application essays.
