Helped explain chemistry concepts to me and used visuals to help! He?s knowledgeable in his field and is patient and kind. He?s thorough and makes sure you understand the concepts.

Mr. Antonio has all the knowledge and all capabilities to take his students into a successful school year. He has techniques, materials, study guides, more over Mr. Antonio is an honorable, respectful person, high values as human being. He is very accurate and punctual with scheduled appointment lesson and always try to make happened the lesson as the convenience of the requirement of the student. It was a pleasant experience for my daughter to receive tutoring. Excellent professional, the best option I could take.

My child did not want a tutor. At all. Extremely adamant against it. However, after back to back failing test grades, she left me no choice. I don't have the time or patience to figure out HS chemistry (again) myself so I can help her. We have had seven lessons with Antonio, during which she has had two tests at school. The first test was rather close to the first lesson and it came back a D. The second test was a B! A HUGE improvement! We are now working toward the third test. My daughter had a lesson this morning with Antonio in preparation. When I asked her how the lesson went she said (and I quote) "Thank God for Antonio A. I had no clue what to do in that section before but I've got it down pat now." This from the child who DID NOT WANT A TUTOR. I'm so happy to see my child grasping the topics that were foreign to her after "learning" in school. Antonio has been incredibly helpful!

He is very patient when you do not understand a certain area and will go through it over and over until you get it and does it very thoroughly.

I have been using Wyzant for 5 years. I worked with Tony for help in my college chemistry course. I am a Design Studio Art and Bioethics major, so I find chemistry extremely challenging... extremely. When it comes to the math and the overall concepts in Gen Chem, I had such a hard time grasping the subject, let alone passing the exams. With the informal, non-judgmental, patient space that Tony provides during his lessons, I felt understood as a person and productive. I feel so smart now! :) Sometimes I find the idea of working with a board certified teacher super intimidating, but Tony is very down to earth and easy to work with . A truly GOOD teacher. Tony has all the knowledge and experience of a higher education professor, all while still providing a stress free environment. I am a visual learner and requested that we use as many visuals as possible. This was no problem for Tony as he has a great home setup for Wyzant with two monitors, a clear camera, a headset, and a great microphone. His tech connection was dependable and strong, and his understanding of Wyzant's visual tools is super helpful. Not only is Tony a literal scientific genius, but also a truly GOOD teacher. He isn't just smart, but has a gift in explaining concepts and teaching methods. HE IS ALSO WILLING TO PROVIDE YOU WITH HELPFUL STUDY MATERIAL. If your professors do not provide you with the basic tools you need to help you succeed, Tony has a plethora of study materials he offers to his students. His willingness to work with you both in and out of the tutoring lessons is just such a rare thing to find. He is affordable for what you are getting. I promise. He really takes the time to make sure you understand the material and more than willing to explain things different ways. Super patient and kind. You can tell he genuinely cares about your success. I was wary about online tutoring as I prefer in person, but quickly changed my mind. He really knows how to use the Wyzant software to make learning very smooth! And that really makes a difference. His experience as a teacher also made a huge difference in the fact he can teach in so many different ways. Highly recommend.

Antonio has saved me in college level gen-chem. I did not understand ANY material, but when I signed up for tutoring with Antonio that all changed. He went at a pace that was perfect for me, helped me fully comprehend all material, and has completely changed my outlook on chemistry. I would 100% recommend!

my son understood all the explanations. He was on point and took his time to explain very knowledgeable. He took his time to go over every question making sure my son will understand them.

Antonio is extremely personable and kept the interest of my daughter. She only had good things to say about him. She's had one session, and I am hopeful that he will not only push her ,but challenge her to be successful in the study Chemistry. However, I would have liked to know up front, if you go over time with casual talk you will be charged. It was very nice to get to know Antonio, but we are both talkers (smile) and I probably could have emailed him with the additional less important questions that I had . I understand that Wyzant charges for every minute of tutoring, but I didn't know that after tutoring if you are casually talking there is a fee. Forgive me if this is in the policy or guidelines . Otherwise, I look forward to my investment with Antonio and toward my daughter's success. He seems to be very good at what he does.

Antonio is great with my daughter. He is patient and helps explain in a manner she can understand. He engages her during session which is difficult as it is first thing in am. She is appreciative of his engagement.
