Personal Statement

I have been teaching English as ESL and Language Arts for over twenty years. I have taught classes of up to fifty middle school students as well as smaller classes of early elementary school students, and college students as well. I have also tutored students one-on-one and in small groups of three or four. Last year, I taught all my students online, using Zoom, Canvas, Perusall and Turnitin.
