 This professor is not very good at teaching. She seems to have a lot of biases and inputs her own opinions way too much. She does not know what she is teaching and tends to take things out of context. She does not want to admit when she is wrong or made a mistake. If you try to clarify or ask her to explain, she tends to shut you down and not explain. Also, at the beginning of the semester, she will tell you to use the syllabus and that you do not need to use the book you buy, unless it is for extra notes, but you do, and she will not tell you until she puts nine zeros in the grade book. She also has this weird obsession with "pedagogy" and does not use the definition correctly. She says it is the study of movement, but it is actually the study of memorization. So, get ready, if you're not comfortable with standing up in class. Well, you are about to, and you will be doing the dumbest "bodily movements" that do not actually help you memorize. The only one of her movements I remembered was because it was inappropriate to say out loud "I am the independent clause (adult) and I am smacking the dependent clause (the baby)". If you choose this professor, best of luck to you, when I went to withdraw from the class, and advisor told me thirty-seven other students had previously withdrawn the same month (only the second month of the course).

 This teacher is one of the worst at this place I have experienced. She seems to have a lot of bias and inputs her own opinions way to much. Stick with the books.

 The course was very organized and well put together. This was my first online course, and I really enjoyed every bit of it. I enjoyed the encouraging comments and constructive advice that I received from my Professor. English is not my first language, however; I learned so many things in an organized flow of lessons. I am looking for taking English 1302 with Professor Richardson.
