 very disorganized. He was my advisor and was not helpful at all. Made me schedule an office appointment for 6pm and when I arrived, had no idea who I was and seemed angry that he had to be my advisor. Provided incorrect information about licensure, which resulted in me being unable to receive my license at the conclusion of my degree program. I do not recommend Gelfer or the UNLV ECE masters program whatsoever.
