 Am able to understand Prof. Kogoutiouk, however he spends a lot of time telling stories of unrelated facts about his house and personal adventures. With the remaining time he flies through the day's lessons and has vocally let his students know that the topics are elementary, and most students should already know the topics. Seems like a nice person however doesn't seem to be interested in teaching students who may be newer to physics.
