Tons of assignment. You're so busy writing assignments it leaves you no time to retain the material.

I wasn't going to mention anything about this, but after reading the comment below, I feel the need to respond accordingly: I find it hard to imagine that Dr. White would ever dismiss anybody's religious viewpoints on a personal level, and I would be confident that she would have the utmost respect for her student's beliefs, whatever they may be. Being that she teaches courses that are included in a program for a Bachelor of Science, it should be widely understood that she cannot allow religious perspectives to be included as potential answers to questions that can be measured, observed or proven to be true or false. This is the case for any instructor of a Science course or curriculum. So while I've not had this type of type of interaction with her as her student, because I would never impose my personal beliefs on the scientific method, I can say with confidence that the commenter below did not understand the objective of Dr. White's course and has manipulated this forum to paint a smearing portrait of her teaching style to mitigate the commenter's frustration for their own shortcomings in her class. That being said, Dr. White's course IS challenging, and that's why it's so effective, at least for students who are serious about their course of study and potentially their career goals or ambitions within the field of Psychology. There are a lot of assignments that heavily rely on writing, which is why I couldn't earnestly rate it as "Easy", but again, this is the point of learning something holistically and authentically. As far as instruction, she sticks to the facts and expects that her students will process and respond to those facts using critical thinking skills. That means the class is not easy, but that would definitely make her "Helpfulness" and "Clarity" top notch.

Pros: Nice
Cons: Syllabus, course modules, announcements, etc are all extremely LONG and reading them is vital to grade. Workload is heaviest of all my online classes ever.
