 The Man is beyond evil. Described doing horrible things to other people. Just because I accidentally upset him in a one-on-one conversation pertaining to my Understanding of Thucydides. He discussed being ‘forced’ to perpetrate horrendous crimes for his Dr*g Lord Dad (His Words). The Man described torture and implied he’d do it to me. He showed me the knife he allegedly used to slowly cut other human beings and remove their digits from their hands and feet. Purdue should be ashamed of allowing evil people like this to exist on their campus. I doubt and hope he’ll ever earn his PhD. But, if he does: Taxpayers contributing to the endowment and donators and Alumni should cry out in dismay. You don’t want this evil dangerous human being near your kids. He is intelligent. I’ll give him that. I attended Purdue from 2013-2018. I’m glad I finished Grad School quickly so I could get away from this vile sociopathic man. Keep your kids safe from him. I’m genuinely concerned he’s going to hurt someone.

 He’s a rapist! A murderer! A monster! A damn dirty dog! An abuser! A liar! He forcibly sodomized me with horrible ideas and a narcissistic personality so strong that it acted as a functional member. David Oleg Midtvedt can’t be trusted. Cover your mouth and your butt before you approach this swine! Love you David!

 Met his ex girlfriend in Lafayette. A emotionally and sometimes physically abusive miserable excuse of a person. He gaslit out class routinely. I feel traumatized by the experience. Professor Midtvedt, please get help. And stop hurting women!

 I’m speechless. It’s been years since I took this man’s class. But I now have a younger sibling going through something similar. So, I feel obligated to warm anybody that may enroll in a class run by this ‘person’. I have never felt so confused in any class. Never felt emotionally abused by a professor the way I did with this man. From what I can tell he’s still finishing his PHd. Which is funny because he’s almost 50. Hopefully he never does and Purdue wises up and kicks him to the curb. He doesn’t even deserve to teach at Ivy Tech. This man should be kept out of positions of authority. Probably the most pathological person I’ve had the displeasure of encountering or spending time with.
