Traba is hiring a part-time Operations Associate to support our warehouse staffing operations in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area. In this role, you'll lead on-site worker tours, ensure smooth day-one experiences for temp workers, and maintain strong relationships with our warehouse clients. You'll also collaborate directly with our HQ team in New York to troubleshoot issues, suggest product improvements, and help scale what's working.

This is a long-term, part-time role (5-10 hours/week), with flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for you.
