Part Time Estimator and Internal Project Management\r\n\r\nCandidate should have experience managing multiple facets of Estimating Projects from\r\ninception to through completion. The duties would include but are not limited to:\r\n- Estimating a job based off Drawings and Specifications and convert into MRP’s\r\nQuoting System.\r\n- Manage Timelines and Delivery of Products and Services to the Client\r\n- Maintain relationships with existing vendors while building relationships with\r\npotential new Vendors and Installers as a project may dictate.\r\n- Manage Contact Documents and Submittal Requirements for a General\r\nContractor\r\n- Work with MRP Administration to ensure That Purchase Orders are cut to\r\nVendors,\r\n- Manage Day Two Adds/Punchlist or Field Service Requirements.\r\n- Overall organization of Account Files as it pertains to Orders placed.\r\n- The Applicant should proficient in Excel, Word, ability to read and comprehend\r\nArchitectural drawings.
