As a Swim Instructor at Radnor Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs and offer tailored individual and group lessons for children of various ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a genuine love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers while emphasizing water safety. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Radnor, PA.

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching
• Passion for swimming and working with children
