About this Course
Los crecientes desarrollos en ciencia y tecnología aplicados a la vida han generado importantes avances en campos como las ciencias ómicas y la biomedicina con miras a una mejor comprensión de la causa y el tratamiento de ciertas enfermedades. Estos cambios, a su vez, han generado desafíos éticos, jurídicos y sociales, especialmente desde la perspectiva de los derechos humanos, los cuales serán abordados en este curso a partir de la enseñanza de conceptos clave y de estrategias que te permitirán identificar nuevos derechos relacionados con estos avances o la reinterpretación de derechos reconocidos en el derecho internacional.Created by: Universidad del Rosario
