About this Course
Preventing injury is a key factor to achieving greatness in sports. The difference between success and failure in sports can depend on a simple factor: correcting a poor training technique. This course, Sports Injury Prevention, takes both a scientific and a practical approach to reducing sports-related injuries. Students will learn how to record musculoskeletal injuries, perform baseline measures, identify risk factors, examine injury mechanisms, develop interventions, and assess implementation strategies.
