Our Executive Coach is responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with our clients to help them expand on their status as market leaders. They are skilled at assisting clients in identifying limiting beliefs, as well as their goals, and help lead them in developing strategies to meet and exceed those goals, and crush those roadblocks. They are champions for client success. Only Olympic-level excellence beyond this point!

As a member of our Coaching team, you will leverage a combination of consulting insights from both personal experience and Toyin’s experience to provide masterful coaching that empowers clients to achieve results. You’ll be a guide, a strategist, a trusted advisor — bringing out the inner Jackie Chan you’ve always been called to be.

What you’ll do:

• Drink your power drink of choice and listen to "We Are The Champions" every morning because you'll be championing our clients throughout their process. “We are the champions, friends. And we'll keep on fighting till the end!” Okay, I'm done…

• Build and maintain client relationships to help make their vision a reality, as well as addressing any client concerns with grace — we are focused on our clients feeling supported and seeing progress.

• Leading strategic, results-oriented and perspective shifting conversations with clients regularly.

• Providing insights, coaching, and holding them accountable to what they say they want to achieve.

• Documenting coaching calls and providing summaries to clients including action items, resources and next steps.

• Diving into their limiting beliefs and patterns to identify blindspots and barriers to growth.

• Preparing and leading mindset and strategic thinking trainings for clients across several programs, including but not limited to Self Mastery Academy, Money Mindset SHIFT., and Millionaire Mastermind. You will be their Mr. Miyagi…wax on…wax off.

• Ensuring clients participate fully in all aspects of our programs they have invested in and making sure they are getting ALL the bangs for ALL the bucks.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5+ years of business leadership or strategy experience across operations, HR, finance, people management, and sales functions with businesses ranging between $1M-$100M in annual revenue.

• 3+ years of paid coaching experience, with a proven track record of pulling people out of mediocrity and introducing them to a bigger, better vision for their life.

• Shown experience leading in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• 5+ years experience leading in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• A thoughtful, heart-centred and committed individual who values relationships above transactions (you play the long game).

• No fear of having difficult conversations to dig into the root issues.

• The understanding of drivers of growth in an organization and the ability to ascertain the barriers in the way of achieving 2X - 5X growth.

• Strong leadership and organisational abilities

• Masterfully tech-savvy (from Dropbox to Zoom to GSuite and all things in between)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• An understanding of what it takes to retain clients, and maintain positive outcomes and client success.

• An infectious can-do attitude, high energy, and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime

• A team player who loves getting in the trenches and creating massive shifts every day!
