Healthcare United is actively recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join a thriving employed group located our facility a 240-bed acute care hospital just a short 30-minute drive from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. This charming college town offers short commutes, NCAA Division I sports, vibrant arts and culture, excellent schools, and an abundance of outdoor activities like hiking and biking.

This is a community-based surgical opportunity within a supportive and collegial team of 4.4 surgeons and 4 APPs. The position provides an outstanding blend of advanced technology and work-life balance, including 12 hospital ORs and an off-site Surgery Center with 4 additional ORs.

Work in a modern environment with 2 da Vinci robotic systems, and help shape the future with a system-wide transition from Meditech to Epic.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
  

• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
  

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  

• Interest in community-based, patient-focused medicine
