Our parenting style is rooted in responsive parenting and using age-appropriate, respectful interventions. We’re looking for someone who will nurture our child’s development in a gentle, thoughtful way. We value: imaginative play, Very limited screen time, Spending time outdoors and learning through everyday moments We are seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for our 1-year-old in our home. Mom works from home, so hours are flexible between 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday through Friday. In addition to watching our son we would ask for light housework such as loading the dishwasher or starting meal prep. Requirements: Prior experience with toddlers, Pass a Background check, Passion for early childhood development, Have own transportation -public transportation nearby, ample street parking. Must be within 30 min drive.

Salary $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
