In today\'s digital age, remote work has become an integral part of our professional lives, offering flexibility and accessibility like never before. However, effective communication and collaboration in virtual environments come with their own set of challenges. This course equips learners with the skills and strategies needed to excel as leaders of remote teams, emphasizing the importance of communication, trust, and relationship-building. Over four comprehensive modules, learners will explore key concepts and strategies for strengthening communication in remote work, including interpersonal remote communication skills, identifying and avoiding antitrust behaviors, developing and strengthening remote team relationships, and facilitating virtual team-building activities to increase remote collaboration.
