Cons: He is awful. His exams are so hard to pass since there are only six questions worth four points each. Sets his students up to fail.

Cons: Boring, Hard Exams, All he did was teach exactly word for word from text book. Not that great at english.
I am very bored in the class, as all he does is basically read from the book. His exams aren't too easy also.

Very tough class to do well in. I did terrible on the 1st exam, did really well on the 2nd exam, aced the final and 3rd exam and I still only made a C+. Grading is almost unfair, but the prof really knows what he's talking about, and does a great job presenting a pretty tough subject. Probably would not recommend this prof if you care about your GPA.

He is a great professor. He will generally work with you to ensure that you are understanding the material. He lets you know what to expect on exams, but not the final. The only drawback is the the final was 46% of the class grade. The final was cumulative and some material was not covered on previous exams. I suggest taking good notes, reviewing all in-class material and making flashcards of all major formulas.

Fantastic philosophic approach to mathematics. Very by the book. Strict grading scale, but he prepares you well.
