About this Course
Este MOOC está enfocado en la adquisición de habilidades para ofrecer y vender productos y servicios financieros de forma efectiva, responsable y ética. Aprenderás cómo comunicarse adecuadamente con tus clientes, con miras a conocer sus necesidades y ganarse su confianza, y cómo calcular su perfil de riesgo, para diseñar una oferta comercial a la medida. Asimismo, conocerás algunas técnicas de ventas en contextos digitales a partir de las emociones. Finalmente, aprenderás a manejar crisis con tus clientes y orientarlos en cuanto al planteamiento de metas. En esta experiencia de aprendizaje, te brindaremos herramientas que podrás descargar para trabajar directamente con tus clientes temas como análisis de presupuesto, análisis de riesgo, retroalimentación del proceso de asesoría y seguimiento de clientes.Created by: Universidad del Rosario
