Will be preparing plates from tickets written for the hot bar and grill. Must be a quick learner and able to work well with others. Prepping of hot bar will be required along with cleaning at closing. This is  southern style restaurant that requires making home cooked plates along with a variety of sandwiches and deep fried entrees and sides. Hours will be from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm Tuesday to Friday.
