Ciao, buon giorno! My name is Francesca and I hold the following official university degrees: - Master in Foreign Languages and Literature (cum Laude), University of Ferrara (2011) - Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature, University of Bologna (2008) As a long-life learner, I continuosly improve my skills and I have successfully completed the studies that lead to the official university qualification of Master's Degree in Human Resources Management (UOC - Open University of Catalonia). I hold the following language certificates: - DELE C2 Spanish certification issued by the Instituto Cervantes - DELF B2 French certification, issued by Alliance Française of Bologna Experience as a language teacher at Michael Page, Fedex, Comercial Química Massó, Velfont-Velamen, Ferrara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, at the Liceo Ariosto in Ferrara, teacher of languages, literature and tourism, at private schools in Ferrara, Pisa, Lucca, Barcelona and abroad. I am a native teacher, philologist and I speak several languages that can help my students to clarify the doubts they may have. I started teaching many years ago and I continue because this is my great passion, also in my free time.
