I can't really say she's a great teacher...BUT she treats a college math course for non-math majors like it should be treated. She seems to realize that most non-math majors know squat about math and is willing to meet us halfway.
Open book, notes exams. Take home final. This really helps big in 180 too since the material can be a real dog.

One of the few Drexel math teachers who actually explains things. After taking Fields for 101, I thought I'd never pass a Drexel math class. If you want to get a good understanding and do well in this class, take Amal!
