FINtastic Swim School is looking for positive, creative, highly motivated and dependable swim instructors for our 2025 team. We have flexible start dates. This summer you can set your own hours and will be able to make it a great summer of swimming for you and our exclusive clients. All lessons are in-home lessons to a very private clientele.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of swimming instructing/lifeguarding experience
Lifeguard Certification
CPR/First Aid Certification
A dependable vehicle
Reliable, self-motivated, friendly and ability to work independently
Additional experience working with children is encouraged

Instructor Pay:
$25/hour starting rate
Minimum Wage for travel time
.70/mile for mileage
Bonuses given for positive feedback and client retention
