Personal Statement

Hi there, I'm Laura. I have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and I’ve been tutoring since 2007. When I’m tutoring, my goal is to meet students where they’re at, work with their strengths, fill in content gaps, and have fun along the way. In a typical session we can cover homework questions, test prep, study skills, example problems, pre-teaching, and applied concepts. I’ve worked in corporate and university labs including 3M, Ecolab, Chromadex Analytics, University of Idaho, and Colorado State University.
