This practical course is designed for executives, team leaders, and administrative professionals seeking to enhance their communication skills by leveraging generative AI in various professional contexts. This course will guide participants through the fundamentals of AI-infused professional communication, including drafting emails, creating meeting agendas, summarizing documents, and producing compelling social media content. The professor will utilize a tested Rhetorical Prompt Engineering Framework to ensure that participants learn to leverage the most useful, relevant, accurate, and ethical outputs when collaborating with generative AI Assistants. This course provides point-of-need demos and simulations of prompting for professional communication outputs.
