Mice ruined our stuff in an indoor climate controlled unit that we paid $300/month for. Thankfully we were insured for 2k of it but there was about 5k worth of damage. They promised to provide a truck for us to move out...didn't arrive. Promised to provide a dumpster for the junk removal company we paid for...wasn't there when the junk guys showed up. Do not recommend.
