I did not really understand anything in lecture, although discussion was helpful. The only time I opened the book was to try and understand what we were talking about, but I didn't find the book helpful at all.

He knows what he is talking about but he talks and goes through material really fast. Other than that the class is ok, the tests are supposedly easier than other classes. If you fall behind, I recommend getting a tutor

I hate all of the math professors because they could care less about the students, and it seems like they aim for the students to fail. However, Johnson's exams are a little bit easier than Gulick's so out of all the professors he is the best choice.
