Personal Statement

During my time in graduate school I was a teaching assistant for 5 years in organic chemistry 1 & 2. I have helped students both in large groups and 1 on 1 sessions. I've also written and graded tests, so I understand what it takes to succeed in organic chemistry. I love teaching others and seeing the moment when incomprehension turns into understanding.
