Personal Statement

Hi! My name is Sara! With many years of tutoring experience, I have instructed students from ages 5-17, typically kindergarteners to high schoolers. Ever since I was younger, I have loved working with kids as well as learning math. When I was in my freshman year of high school, I got hired at a math tutoring center. I absolutely loved the environment and the feeling that I got after a student understands a topic that they struggled on is what made me want to inspire more people to love learning. Like I always say, math is not just doing problems, it's being able to understand how the world works.
