The Three Odds book is the worst for learning anything computer science or math related. The discrete math class claims to be 2 credits, but it's really 4 or even 5 credits. The class is poorly designed and set up for student failure. I learned from YouTube and Google more than anything else. Students were clearly lost and frustrated with the class throughout the whole semester.

He is a nice man, but does not know how to teach. You can't go to the book for much help because he wrote the book for the course which is very poorly written. His Discrete Mathematics class is only 2 credits but should be 4 with the time you have to put into the homework.
