 Randy teaches the material very clearly. He moves at a good pace, but it's not unreasonable. Sit towards the front so you can better read his lecture slides, since he doesn't post them, except for a few slides early on. The tests are fair, the ME homework sucks, but overall, Randy isn't as bad as most people make him out to be.

 He is a great teacher. Super nice and very helpful. He is a former forensics coach and he knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend teaching this class. I hate public speaking and he made it comfortable for me. The class was an easy A.

 Great teacher and great class! I would say one of my favorite upper-level classes. It was a lot of hands-on work and I learned a lot about leadership through this class.

 This was my favorite class I have ever taken. I learned a lot and Randy was my favorite teacher. He was very helpful and did good activities to help you learn what you needed to learn. You had to put a lot of work into it but he gives you a lot of time to do the work you need to do and he is willing to help you anyway anytime. Great teacher.

 Great teacher. The first impression I thought he was going to be strict and uptight about everything, how wrong I was. Nicest teacher on campus and plan on taking another one of his classes again before I graduate. Very laid back and EXTREMELY helpful both in his own class but helping you with your other classes if you are struggling. Recommend HIGHLY!

 Best class I have ever taken in my whole life. Gotta take it even if you arent good at public speaking. Randy is the man and a great guy.

 I loved his class! Randy was really nice and always willing to help! He didn't ask for much just be on time and be prepared! He always wants to know what is going on in his students' lives and wants to see people do better in public speaking! I would recommend him as a teacher! You don't really need the book.

 Randy is a really good teacher, very personable. Makes an effort to know everyone's names, and grades generously. Also, he likes to cut class short and not be there for the whole time.
