 Poorly written tests. Often see a 6-12% bump just because half the class can't figure out what he's asking. Tests are insanely difficult. He even admits on the regular that he has a hard time "staying on the trail". Belongs in research, not in school.

 Rude. Hard to get ahold of. Doesn't seem to care about his students in the slightest considering how many people failed his class.

 Likes to hear himself speak. Unfortunately most of the information he puts out is mostly quotes from other people that aren't very relevant. We get it, you're well read. Minimal support for his tests. First exam we had, the median grade was 68%. His response was a lecture that we all had to study better. Threw us a bone the second time around by telling us that it'd be harder with more short answer/essay. The topics covered? Just re-read the material covered over the last few weeks. Near impossible to get feedback. I'm not sure who hurt him before, but he needs to move back into practice rather than teach for a bit.

 Very poor online implementation. I am senior, 3.7+ GPA, & very happy with most EWU courses in-person & online. His test bank was provably riddled with many errors. Average 1-3+ errors in test bank per quiz, and 12% per mid-term & final each, & wouldn't fix many even proven. Outdated textbook. I love tough professors if logical & reasonable, unfortunately he was neither.
