 Very good professor. The assignments were easy and we went through them before the paper was even due. As long as you follow instructions, you will pass.

 Dr. Haque is very detailed and provides examples. People expect to be handed out good grades and do not want to do the work so they rate him poorly. He provides all the materials that you need for all assignments and makes himself available to you when you need him. You have to work to earn your grade. He is fair and gives clear instructions. Not his fault that you are looking for handouts and are just plain lazy. And if you don't understand him then ask questions! Not a hard professor at all.
