Easy teacher! easy A.listen in class, do your homework and the there is a midterm and final and he will give you a study guide of 4 question and it will be exactly the same as the midterm and final! he also takes 2 questions out of 4. Very easy!
His lectures were informative and educational and he broke us up into groups where we could practice what we learned.
Josh is a pretty neat guy. He made the class really fun; he used real life examples and took a lot of time to explain the difficult material. He had a lot of optional days for those who were behind, and that meant the rest of us got days off which was great! His tests were exactly like his study guides. Would take him again!
He is super funny and makes the class really interesting. He also mirrors his tests off of his study guides, so there is no way to do bad.
Great instructor, made me think outside of the box, would recommend to others. 3 tests, with a study guide plus homework.
Josh was great! He was knowledgeable of the information! He was fair and engaging in class! He was recommended to me by a close friend! I would recommend him to any of my other closest friends!
Josh was great. He taught at a speed that was effective and easy to follow. On top of that, he was really funny and connected well with us.
Josh is laid-back and very approachable. He is able to break down complex thoughts in simple realistic ways, though at times he stumbles on his words doing this. Quick on emails and answers all questions. Bit of a comic, over-all good teacher.
Pretty good teacher. I wasn't sure going into the class, but he made Logic a little interesting. He's very casual. It helps to go to class every day so you don't fall behind. His tests are pretty similar to what you do in class. As long as you do your homework and understand the material, you will have no problem getting an A.
Great instructor! Gives examples of everything and keeps explaining a concept until it is clear to everyone. Makes classes fun, knows every student. Highly recommend.
Great professor. Silly, fun, upbeat, good sense of humor that makes logic class exciting instead of boring. He likes to take the basics we're learning and apply them to interesting philosophical issues which are really fascinating. As long as you pay attention and take notes, you'll get an A.
Extremely patient and helpful! I didn't really know what to expect taking logic, but the class was pretty enjoyable. Josh is pretty laid back, so good for gen ed.
He made logic clear and easy to understand. Tests are kind of hard, but he gives you a review sheet. Pretty easy on the eyes as well.
Very nice/fun guy. Helped me a lot outside of class a couple of times... Made a pretty bland subject (logic) at least somewhat enjoyable. I highly recommend.
Every lecture seemed to be off the top of his head, no prep before class. Didn't even bring a pen, borrowed mine all the time. Probably knew the material but couldn't express it. Very poor simplistic examples used to try to convey information. Didn't show up for class on the first day.
not an easy A... but he makes class pretty enjoyable. 2 small papers, 2 tests, readings every week. I'd take him again if I was still at KVCC.
extremely unorganized teacher, very hard to understand lectures, takes forever to get test returned and doesn't answer emails.
Josh is my favorite. He's a young guy so the class is refreshing. He's good at what he does and he always has me freaking laughing. Very funny and likes to incorporate comedy into the lectures. Awesome teacher, attractive personality!
the best professor and the coolest guy on campus. humble, approachable, hilarious, and very intelligent. take his classes even if you don't need the credits.
The material was really difficult some times and the other girls in his class spent a lot of time at his office hours... but he always held them at the gym, which is weird. However, he is in really good shape so watching him work out while hearing him ramble on about Derrida was really mesmerizing. |
