He is a stalker and sociopathic narcissist creep
Helped me overcome my fear of public speaking. Never dull or boring, always made me laugh. Very enthusiastic and entertaining Instructor!
Joel brill is not a teacher nor has he been. He is a creep
[FALL, 2016] Mr. Brill taught the only course I ALWAYS looked forward to attending! He inspired my class with a highly enthusiastic style!
[SPRING, 2015] I was impressed with how Mr. Brill took a personal interest in the success of his Students! He enthusiastically made great effort, to ensure that we were truly learning and mastering the material!
[FALL, 2014] He worked with us one-on-one, and in small groups, to prepare us to deliver effective speeches and presentations! By the time we were scheduled to stand before the class, he had very patiently provided us with all the tools for confident, well-prepared, enthusiastic, "attention-getting" public speaking!
[SPRING, 2012] I was particularly grateful for Mr. Brill's emphasis on instilling methods for attaining ease and confidence in delivering public presentations. He really took great strides to neutralize "The Fear Factor" and help us defeat our public speaking anxieties!
[SPRING, 2011] Mr. Brill's class was the only course for the whole semester, that I truly WANTED to attend! I never missed a session! He was the only Instructor Instructor that fully captured and held my attention!
[FALL, 2010] Mr. Brill always applied creative teaching techniques that kept us amused and entertained! I felt like he really connected us with the material!
[SPRING, 2010] This guy really knows his stuff! He comes to every class "ready to play"! His enthusiasm was contagious, and he somehow found unique ways to "bring out our best"!
[FALL, 2009] He creates a sociable group atmosphere that really pulls our class together as a unit, and as fellow students, many of us become good friends before the semester was over! Well done Mr. Brill!

(Spring 2016) Mr. Brill makes every effort to help the student succeed. His teaching style was very entertaining and always captured my interest. I looked forward to attending Mr. Brill's class, which was my favorite of the semester!
(SPRING, -2013-) Mr. Brill appears very enthusiastic about teaching the class. He is always willing to listen to new ideas (whether or not he decides to use them). He seems to give every effort to make the student comfortable so that they can give an effective speech. (Of course this isn't easy, as most people dislike public speaking, but he does a good job of it.)

Mr. Brill is the absolute BEST!!! He truly goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure student success and provide individualized one-on-one assistance! (Student, SPRING -2013-)
Mr. Brill was no longer with MSU since 2009. There was NO way he could still teach at MSU in 2011. |
