 Doctor Tipton should not be in the education profession. In the three short weeks that I spent in his class prior to dropping it because it was so awful, he did the following: he said and did things that were disrespectful; lectured as though he had prepared little if at all even though a creative writing class is supposed to be discussion based; and spent an unreasonable amount of class time dealing with disciplinary issues that could have easily been handled after class. These observations point to the fact that not only was Creative Writing I (English 202) with Doctor Tipton a waste of money, but also that he needs to retire.
