 I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to take several classes with Dr. Gesmonde during 1979-1983. Dr. Gesmonde was an inspiration to me to live a healthier lifestyle and be my best self. He was a never ending source of knowledge regarding health. His courses were life changing and I am forever grateful to him for all he shared.

 I took Dr Gesmonde about 40 years ago. His classes inspired me. As I prepare to give a talk on popular diets to about 100 MDs, a few of his savory quotes are echoing in my head. I love nutrition science, I love food and I love that I took his class. Thank you Dr Gesmonde.

 I had him as a teacher 40 years ago. He was the fountain of youth back then. It just goes to show you what good eating habits can do for you! It’s great to hear the students still raving about him. Awesome teaching style
