 He doesn't know how to respect students.

 Wastes class time on stupid things like people having phones out or not filling in every seat in the front row. Would do better in charge of a class of middle schoolers.

 Pros: Class follows mostly with the textbook and professor was always enthusiastic in giving his lectures. Plus side to his homework was if he liked a current research paper and how you presented in a one page summary, then you could have the opportunity to show it to the class for extra credit.
Cons: His test were usually short answer and essay could be very detailed, but he did some extra credit. Also, if he ask if you want multiple choice, decline promptly because they extremely difficult.
Overall a great class if you enjoy physiology.

 Well to be honest I never really met the guy

 Lecture is great. Lab is awful...although that has nothing to do with Garton. I've never been to office hours, and I really have no idea about his availability to I just rated it three stars.
