Cons: She gave one extra credit chance which is going to Nashville ATC and you get 10 extra credits
- Her tests are easy, just go over the study guide and know everything in there
- One 5-7 page paper about any subject in the Aviaiton Laws & Regs
- She will sound ugly in the first but she's the cutest and the best in her field.
Cons: Can't think of any besides if your a dispatch student then don't miss classes or else you'll have to make up the time
We had to do 5 one page papers on aviation weather articles. All were easy and she grades fairly.
Great teacher
Cons:
The subject can be boring at times but Ms. G does a great job at teaching it.
Cons: n/a
Cons: The class is large but she still knows everyone individually.
She is a wonderful teacher. She keeps you interested in the subject.
Cons: nothing.
Cons: This class is all about memorizing the laws and regs.
Cons: None
Its regs. boring!
Exams: The tests were usually word for word off of her Jeopardy review game which she posts online after playing the game in class. Just review those and you will be good to go.
Homework: one essay and a project that was super easy.
Textbook: You need the FAR's for laws and regs. it's 2 books. You will use them everyday. I would highlight as she went over each regulation. I never actually studied from the book but it helped to follow along and see what she was referring to as far as charts and stuff goes.
Exams: Straight forward test from her lectures. Attempt every problem even if you don't know the answer. Second test this semester only a couple of people attempted a problem and even though we got it wrong, she rewarded those who tried it atleast by giving them credit.
Homework: A paper over some regulations and safety concerns. Do something creative and follow the format and this shouldn't be a problem.
Textbook: Cheap, updated yearly since its a government publication concerning the laws of the aviation industry. Highlight everything she talks about to help you study.
Exams: Tests were pretty simple. She did jeopardy the day before EVERY test! If you paid attention in class AND studied the slides from jeopardy you are gonna get an A! Even the final!! They were a life saver!
Homework: A paper. That is it. AND study of course.
Textbook: They were really hard to understand because they were written by lawyers and used alot of words that were not necessary. But Ms. Georgiou broke it down for us and explained it all very clearly.
